Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the BioTekk website. Section 3 is the one that matters most: this site does not provide medical advice, and BioTekk is not an emergency service.

Version 1.0 · Last updated 27 July 2026 · BIOTEKK LIMITED

1. About these terms

This website is operated by BIOTEKK LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales, with its registered office at 2, One Millennium Bridge, London, EC4V 3TT. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to the website only. Access to the BioTekk platform, whether directly or through an organisation, is governed by separate agreements and platform terms.

2. Permitted use of the website

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own information and for legitimate business evaluation. You agree not to:

  • use the site in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or for any harmful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce malware, attempt a denial-of-service attack, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for commercial purposes without our written consent; or
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a form.

3. No medical advice, and no emergency service

The content on this website is provided for information only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it must not be relied upon as a substitute for the advice of a qualified health professional. If you have a health concern, please speak to your GP, another appropriately qualified professional, or an appropriate health service.

BioTekk is not an emergency service and does not monitor this website for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent health advice in the UK, call NHS 111. Samaritans can be reached free at any time on 116 123, and you can text SHOUT to 85258. Further detail is set out on the safety page.

4. Development status and forward-looking statements

BioTekk is in active development. Descriptions of features and capabilities on this site describe intended design and current development direction. They are not statements that a feature is available, validated or approved.

Where the site says a capability “is designed to”, “is intended to” or “may” do something, that language is deliberate. No claim of regulatory approval, medical-device certification or completed clinical validation is made anywhere on this site. Performance figures shown on this site are internal engineering and evaluation targets, not published clinical performance claims or audited third-party results.

5. Platform access, pilots and organisational deployments

Nothing on this site creates an entitlement to access the platform or to participate in a pilot. Pilot participation, platform access and any organisational deployment require a separate written agreement, and are subject to governance, clinical safety and data-protection requirements being satisfied.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, design, layout, graphics, code, the BioTekk name and logo — is owned by or licensed to BIOTEKK LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property law. Except as permitted in section 2, you may not reproduce, republish, adapt or exploit any part of it without our written permission. Third-party trade marks referred to on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Information you submit

When you submit an enquiry, subscription or investor request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Please do not submit confidential information, or personal health information about an identifiable individual, through website forms. Information you send us is handled in accordance with our privacy notice.

Unsolicited ideas, proposals or materials are not accepted in confidence, and we cannot accept any obligation of confidentiality in respect of them unless we have agreed to one in writing beforehand.

8. Third-party links

Where we link to external organisations — for example health services, support lines or regulators — we do so because the information may be useful. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those external sites.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and may update these terms, at any time. The version and date at the top of this page indicate the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to this website to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content.

If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

11. No offer of securities

The Investors page and any related material on this site are provided for information only. They are not an offer or invitation to subscribe for or purchase securities, an inducement to engage in investment activity, or investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Investments in early-stage private companies are illiquid, carry the risk of total loss of capital, and should only be made with independent professional advice.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you reside.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
